I Hang in the Gallows of Your Time
I hang in the gallows of your time Here in suspension of my disbelief In the form of this sad, sad rhyme And as the fantasies of my life continue to climb Circling like seagulls in the open sky seeking relief I hang in the gallows of your time And I gaze upon my creations, each a crime And wonder what will become of me living in this motif In the form of this sad, sad rhyme Drawing breath from the energies of your soul sublime You streak across the night sky your presence all too brief I hang in the gallows of your time Slowly you disappear, leaving your images and I Filling with tears as I work out the translation of my grief In the form of this sad, sad rhyme And before you slip away and I fall from my pride I beg for your mercy like a poor lonely thief I hang in the gallows of your time In the form of this sad, sad rhyme
It is a Sin to Cry Because you Bleed
I'm told the essence of what you are cannot be perceived. What is not connected through the body you cannot feel. It is a sign, a sin to cry because you bleed I meditate upon the principles of sensations received I seek to understand the meaning of what is real I'm told the essence of what you are cannot be perceived I read books to become acquainted to concepts the scholars have conceived I struggle with their psychic movements, I wish to heal. It is a sign, a sin to cry because you bleed I sort through all the projections to find the ones that can be believed They flood my mind like useless seeds scattered to make me reel I'm told the essence of what you are cannot be perceived. The concentration required and the mind to hold them to me has not been decreed It is limited to the body and of an essence of which truly I cannot deal But it is a sign, a sin to cry because you bleed I cannot depend upon the teachings of another I once believed The waters that they drink do not make me want to kneel I'm told the essence of what you are cannot be perceived It is a sign, a sin to cry because you bleed
In Pursuit of the Delusion
All The Worlds Rest All the worlds rest in the womb of consciousness And are delivered by the will to be and not to be In the pursuit of the delusion that we call happiness. Even if I wake up determined to achieve weightlessness And try not to submerge within my waters, I only see All the worlds rest in the womb of consciousness. I will stride into each and every day to be my own witness And place a claim upon all the factors of life that involve me In the pursuit of the delusion that we call happiness. And after all this convincing I will arrive midday to confess That I flounder in an unswept way not realizing that in time's sea All the worlds rest in the womb of consciousness. Maybe, as the evening star enters with a quiet subtleness I will let go of all the anguish that stops me from being truly free In the pursuit of the delusion that we call happiness. And then perhaps setting aside my fears for a moment, I can find the stillness, Being weary of this strife and laying down where beside the Buddha tree All the worlds rest in the womb of consciousness In the pursuit of the delusion that we call happiness.
Only That without a Soul
Since only that without a soul can be perceived We witness that our bodies die Yes we seem to die but in truth we are deceived Thus the soul comes and the universe of perception is entered and received The soul departs and what we perceive will not be more than a sigh Since only that without a soul can be perceived If the fruits of our labours are to be believed Then all of the knowledge we accumulate signifies a great lie Yes we seem to die but in truth we are deceived How well I wish I knew the blessings of enlightenment achieved, Peering through the glass darkly, the tears in my glass are mixed with a spot of rye Since only that without a soul can be perceived Oh it is of the burden of suffering that I wish to be relieved But the intoxication of self seems to keep me feeling rather high Yes we seem to die but in truth we are deceived And so I ponder in books upon the ideas that have been bequeathed But somewhere between the lines a secret passed me by Since only that without a soul can be perceived Yes we seem to die but in truth we are deceived
Pray For Me Anna- Maria
Save yourself Anna-maria and me I pray Don't lose your courage and let your fortitude fly In the face of all the odds be strong okay And as the die is cast day by day Against your lovely walls try not to cry Save yourself Anna-maria and me I pray Join the others to run and play Make holy all that you do, don't sigh In the face of all the odds be strong okay You know the screams within that silently say You feel your pain and cry out why Save yourself Anna-maria and me I pray May the sunshine send you a softer ray And bathe your scars, though the body may be shy In the face of all the odds be strong okay? And I hear you and one day feel that you may To me say while I'm waiting for my turn when time will me untie: In the face of all the odds be strong okay? Save yourself Anna-maria and me I pray.

John 2:3
Long ago Wandering on my road The man would share my load. Holding up his hand So I might understand The burden of my fears In all of my years in all of my years Then I knew Not so far away He stood in every way To help in my distress Relieved my emptiness So I could find some joy In all of my years In all of my years Now it's time to say to my best friend Now it's time to say it once again I want to share the spirit of my heart I want to share the spirit of my heart So my friend Travelled far and wide Saw the other side Spread his wings to fly Clomb the mountains high Only to find his road lost His life tempest tossed The journey of his own tears beginning, For all of his years, And here I am Not so far away To stand in every way To help in his distress Relieve his emptiness In all of his years In all of his years Now it's time to say to my best friend Where are you? Reach out to me once again I want to share the spirit of my heart I want to share the spirit of my heart To relieve the pain I know that he feels In the final days in a world made of steel.
Digging the Dragon
(It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive.) (It's the promise of loving) Yeah, I gotta keep you close to my heart (That keeps me alive) It's a wonder how without you my day actually starts (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) I keep meeting you in the morning through my dreams And sigh upon the memories As you look in upon me and all the scenes I got it bad for you, girl And it's not something that seems (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) It's your voice and your words that ring my ear I'll never be satisfied in this life without your presence Always waiting but constantly growing But living without you Knowing that something is wrong, But willing to endure For you I would suffer long. But with faith I dream in the intention Hoping that God finds a way (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) To keep me receiving your attention Never expressing, never knowing Never showing (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) But still you linger within me, It's like a love without a sentence. But things aren't gonna be easy without you (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) My blood Where are you going? (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) Why are you singing? When ultimately you should be knowing (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) If you speak And you can What would you argue? That a moment in time can be called back again? That to be held in the heart It's worth all the pain (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive) (It's a promise of loving, That keeps me alive)
Where Will You Find the Strength
In the quiet of the evening When nighttime begins its courtship with the day And half the world lumbers off into deep slumber Where will you find the strength To face another lonely day? Where will you find the vision that you need The quiet the storm that afflicts in every way Night time is for rest but your dreams never sleep We all try to do our best but all you can do is silently weep I feel in time that your hour of need is not heard I feel in my mind the helplessness of dealing with the absurd If life has a meaning I pray that it finds you Before all the strains of the world come to bind you. Where will you find the strength To face another lonely day? Where will you find the vision that you need The quiet the storm that afflict in every way Night time is for rest but your dreams never sleep We all try to do our best but all you can do is silently weep
Can You Teach Me to Let Go Villanelle
Can you teach me to let go? As I breathe out my last sighs Oh, when the summer's days are saying no And playing with the reversals of my mind, my heart cries Can you teach me to let go? Will you show me the trees the fruit hanging low And teach me how to live when I'm no longer wise I wish you would. Oh, and when my feet are tired, and I'm walking slow My memory lost like the sun fading in the midnight of all skies Can you teach me to let go? Or when I anchor in the ground of all being's flow With a throb of grief and the un-tightening of my thighs Oh, I wish you would. Oh, and so I inhale strongly, and take it all in slow And fret about the present moment in my mind as it dies Can you teach me to let go? I wish you would.
Transitions Happen
Transitions happen Feelings for tomorrow And your life's unsettled Feelings for tomorrow You surf the web of thought Seeking out the foolishness of your brain And you superimpose upon each moment Your dose of daily torment Taking for yourself In images of pain The sense of awareness Of your spider's hidden name You ride upon the train of thoughts And act out the fantasies in your brain While you superimpose upon the reality of each moment The image of yourself in pain Taking your feelings as fact When all they are are expressions Of the emptiness you sense Upon the track Feelings for tomorrow Maybe you hear an old Gershwin melody Echoing through the chambers of your mind And every dream you have seems effortless In the fantasies that you find And it's your mind that's rich And yourself that's good looking But hush, little baby Hush now Let the dream pass you by Transitions happen And your life's unsettled Feelings for tomorrow Feelings Transitions happen And your life's unsettled Feelings for tomorrow Feelings Feelings
Dropping Your Life like a Tree
(Poem for La Chapelle) In the pain of my wounded knee I rose to meet with you in warrior one Reaching Reaching for the sun And with the breath you slowly twist away Lost in your own movement Your practice dissolved Into the shape of the corpse pose Which you took last Leaving the world behind in your rest I watched you struggle Echoing in your brain And I missed the watch as you shifted far Dropping your life like a tree With an upward bend like a cobra I had tried to reach you Teach you with my mind and failed For you were lost in your own movement Your practice dissolved And into the shape of the corpse pose Which you took last Leaving the world behind in your rest I now In the pain of my wounded knee Feel the loss of your self set free
The Cradle of Infinity
In the garden of Eden I linger Wondering about my vision and my circumstance And as I walk along these very ancient paths I try to breathe I bend down to touch my toes And reach further. I lift up and stretch into my heart And gaze deeply breathing in through my eyes. I try to see beyond the blue sky's promise And get lost in my mind Channeling Channeling Channeling The only hope I can see Layering into the experience of me Being the Earth running again As I channel this experience I try to breathe into an identity I try to find in the act of submission By laying down in our lives To become the cradle of existence In total infinity of not knowing Enriched by the fact that being is never undone I bend down to touch the toes of my resistance Like flowers flowing shooting up from the past I breathe away my time floating. As we all stare into the fundamental truths The Patterns that filter through our moments Washing upon the shores of the sublime Absorbed in the ground of our being We experience being alive at last And as the filters of time trickle down my back As our indulgent bodies quiver in a hypnotic rhyme We sense the One whose thoughts we all live Inhaling in the vibrant grounding in the feeling Knowing I have yet a lot to give Our existence mirroring, The cycle of emergence, I reach further, I reach further, I reach further.
Whether I Be Right?
Born into the web of otherness Caught in the desire to splash upon a wave To create an echo of you That will not fade I walk into an embrace Where my heart longs to be But to what end Whether I be right Whether I be wrong Whether I see right Or whether I see wrong I am overpowered by a subtle feeling A desire that I should reach out And find within you my experience Spiralling in the seeds of my reality As I move slowly into the nothingness But to what end? Whether I be right Whether I be wrong Whether I see right Or whether I see wrong My body is like a friend, a child The stillness in my mind is there Even if the movement around it is wild And I try to hold it just for a little while With a memory of you in a pool with a smile In a magnetic field of light. But here I am far and away Whether I be right Whether I be wrong Whether I see right Or whether I see wrong There is no wheel, no pool, no feel No mirror, no space, no light Just a reed of the past riding Upon a crest of wave like the breath And as I move and feel the body's pain Sensations of you The indicators of where I am And the memories of you Assail me once again. But to what end? Whether I be right Whether I be wrong Whether I see right Or whether I see wrong Whether I feel right Whether I feel wrong Whether I see right Or whether I see wrong But to what end My dear lost friend.
The Batteries of Time and Space
Knowledge of Creation If I am to be fulfilled In the structure of the day When it comes to me that life is being recreated Renewing itself through time immemorial Distancing from itself from itself and transitions between space and time Reaching out from all of ourselves Forms the spiritual union that we call destiny Achieved by realizing our participation In the experience of which we are all one We all share a fundamental drive It is called simply being alive We are all living in the same way Since our existence mirrors the same patterns every day. The universal structures surrounding us And all of our substances wave into the one direction Which is the future. Flowing forwards in the present Flowing outwards from the past We spend each moment trying reach ourselves Charged by the batteries of time and space. Our experiences in this time are followed by other times Not as who we are now but until we ourselves are realized And absorbed into the ground of our being the proper size Merging ourselves in itself into all creation Into the experience of the totality of every drop of rain And without vision of the grand circumstance of all pain Beyond our own ken we feel the great scream streaming in a world of things Bound in the feeling of being lost in the fabric time strings. Seeing me, I wither away like a flower on the edge of summer And surrounding me is all the knowledge of creation Being me, I stand blinking without comprehension While every experience washes over me. Like a rock over a time that can bend, Perhaps I am protected from the very end That creeps towards me soft like a tiger And my world is small and I need to be much higher Though it needs to be larger before it can become the existential choir
A Pool of Thought
In the bottom of my soul There lies a pool of thought That is reflected through all that I know of you Who have given me life And nurtured me until I was whole And now I see Looking deep within There where you lay Teaching me constantly Teaching me constantly How to deal with the sorrows that I know And I know that one day I will be reflected In my children's light And reach up through you To point them to observe what is right Let the channels of life be unbroken Let the words of love forever be spoken Let the dreams we hold one day be fulfilled And let us once again meet In the seeds of God's will And now I will breathe into these words The feelings that reach up through my heart As I contemplate you in your glory And in the stories of you that I have heard and lived In the stories of you That I have heard and lived
In the Times of no Regret
May you rest in peace And I in Shavasana May your heart be fixated To a moment of awareness, And may those you leave behind Love you with honour And try not to cry Or succumb to an emptiness But hold your tears And take my work as a remnant of my spirit. These the tracks I leave for you And hope you will hear my existence in their echoes To peruse my world And my soul as I lived it For the memory of me lingers Just beyond the last tear Take heart I have lived and loved With many an inspiring art I have drunk my elixir And don't feel regret for a life not lived My mind thought of ways To always make a new start To help you in my being In the days that you and I met and share a time together And if you want me to be proud of you Live your life true And remember my spirit In some of the things you do Take heart I have lived and loved With many an inspiring art I have drunk my elixir And don't feel regret My mind thought of ways To always make a new start And you helped in my being In the days that you and I met In the times of no regret And if you want me to be proud of you Live your life true And remember my spirit In some of the things you do

Acteon Guy
I'm an Acteon guy I saw Diana on the sly I got a woodie for her bones And so she left me all alone. I'm an innocent guy The goddess splattered in my eye And now I'm horny all alone My bitching dogs are on their own. I'm an Acteon Guy I'm an Acteon Guy I know that it's wrong To feel the way I do I know that it's wrong To see you as I see you. I know that it's wrong To want to hold you I know that it's wrong But what can I do? They chased me down without a sound. I'm torn apart by my own hounds. I should have known 'cause I'm a boy That girl is god and not a toy. That girl is god and not a toy. But I'm an Acteon guy I'm an Acteon guy. But I'm an Acteon guy I'm an Acteon guy
Medusa
In these hollowed halls The whispering silence The tears pull with the truth Speaking to a heart That is not listening. In these hollowed halls The child in my soul Sees the beauty of reality Being to me denied Being denied. She weeps all alone In misery In these hollowed halls Oh God What is it that you want from me To hold back the tears? To hold back the tears? And the feelings that I hold In myself? To deny me the beauty To deny me the beauty God, you deny me the beauty In these hollowed halls The voice of myself beckons To show me That my sadness is Beyond reason. In misery In these hollowed halls I keep my tears hidden They do not serve me They do not serve me. In winning back the self love that for me Is the essence of my being The essence of my beauty In these hollowed halls The torment in my soul With the grind of my being falters And I while away the time Grieving, grieving In these hollowed halls
Crazy on a Tree: Daphne
Freeworld I've been all around the free world Travelling from part to part. I met her on the highway on the edge of the town She looked at me and caught my heart Now I've seen the human race go down Travelling down ruins of mythic time I thought there was something delicious Saw nothing of the clothes she wore The thought of her made me suspicious I asked her what she was waiting for Now I know the use of rhyme I've seen the teeth of serious time Nothing there of her that I couldn't see Had everything she had to please Looking right at me she just threw me Saw everything I had to see Now I've been from place to place I've seen the human race I've seen young Helios Crazy on a tree Crazy on a tree Crazy on a tree, Daphne!
A Pharmakon for Chiron
(Drink this~) There is no I without am (Drink this~) And start to feel The I is only knowledge It is I who have come to poison you Which we surrender And it is I in the action of being Who have come to heal (Drink this~) Knowledge fills the void (Drink this~) It is the gift of death But the void is infinite (Drink this~) I end life The void is infinite And the knowledge we possess Is not (Drink this~) Our sense of the void is also poison (Drink this~) And from the gift of life Which is not infinite (Drink this~) I bring death And though our experience of it is not partial (Drink this~) The knowledge of what we experience is And the council of elders laugh And so we live our lives in amusement As though the void were fragmentary (Drink this~) And we relegate our pain to fate For our emotions cannot cope (Drink this~) Except if we forget the knowledge we have of the void (Drink this~) Behold the cup runneth over (Drink this~) And this is how we get lost in life It is I, the one lone ship Navigating upon a sea of creation Going nowhere but I am here, With no other place to be And storms assail it And the ride is rough For time dissipates the wandering bark, And the space we live in weakens in itself. The saviour we pray for To fix this boat (Drink this~) Not knowing how (Drink this~) Otherwise It is I who have come to poison you Drink this and we can stay afloat (Drink this~) For it is I who have come to heal
Atalanta Hot
Roaring like a lioness In her flames of red On the river of her time Others call upon her And fall quickly and fall too soon Cast down as a waste Of what I consume Atalanta holds me like a cat In her spirit I run As she races headlong into the sun And follows her dreams And draws me in the waters Of all that seems Her beauty above captivates me The goddess of love I call down upon her But she in her wisdom sees it And I have none. Till one day I shall capture her attention To slow her down And bind her to her promises To bed and wed Infinitely in this universe. Roaring like a lioness In her flames of red On the river of her time Others call upon her And fall quickly and fall too soon And in all that she has said Atalanta holds me captive in her spell Not living with her is like living in hell
The Poetic Musing of Echo’s song
If the idea of me is in your head Then I have had some success in my quest Each image, each movement, each posture within this text Will have been recognized by you And I will have been read by you Just enough Just enough So that my ontological seed Will have some meaning, don't you see? To someone other than just me And it is in the nature of our existence To seek out others to love And to show our experience Where we in turn receive such love In some measure And you remain in me a memory That shades my being Walking through my dreams with some message Specifically meant for me The coupling of rhythms and the echoing of rhymes Patterns our lives as we seek to duplicate all that we find And what is good in this world And what is good in this world, Seeking, We find.
Theseus Raps
Well, Theseus is my name And if I must speak plain I've been up and down and in love And I've fallen from above And if it's all the same to you I'd rather not pretend That I feel shame And I kind of grew up With the stone on a hill And a challenge in my fate Presented to my will And the sword and the sandal What was left for me to fill But I made my way And I made it through the scene And me Not living in the shadows Of where my old man has been Decided to go seeking My fortune and my fate To face the Minotaur and feel love and then hate And the image of my youth Splattered up against these walls And the lovers whose lives were consumed With their brains stuck in their balls And so I pinned the bull, hand to hand And knocked him out with a jujitsu holding choke That he could not stand And found my way to the maze that signified My inner life had been dignified In the ditch with some girl who gave me all she had And I left her crying, pretending I was bad And so I'm back home My old man Dying because of some suicide pact And I made it through the scene And me Not living in the shadows Decided to go seeking my fate And so, here I am Seated on this seat of I forget Not remembering who I am Not thinking about what I was supposed to get Yeah, my name is Theseus And here I am Trapped in some whimsical chain Of my own game And I feel no shame, I feel no shame.
Dark Thoughts of the Vulcan God Hephaestus
What is this feeling of needing to reach out? Why must I want to expand continuously? What am I searching for? It's not about surviving. And why must it involve another to make my living complete? Why this craving to be seen and to be spoken to? How dare I feel at a loss when it is I who impose? Unasked for, unwanted, and oblivious. The suffering, aggrandizing in my own defeat. Receiving the agony of my spirit like a god being worshipped. And yet I create these gifts and offer them up, Only to be unacknowledged. And these are the fruits that my passion reveals. Suffering the loss of love's insistence. Making my own agony the core of my existence. Yet, what is this feeling of needing In itself. What is this feeling of needing. In itself?
Oh You Greek Poets and Gods
(Oh you Greek poets Gods~) You formed a certain time of man and said This is the shape of your existence All that we are, you are. Like time you sprung From the coupling of will and desire Hence proclaiming from outside our dimensions All creations. (Oh you Greek poets and Gods~) First from you sprung space Cradle to Earth's matter You were the first of all creation. Brooding, before thinking. (Oh you Greek poets and gods~) With the coupling of existence And non-beingness. The union of night And Erebus, undead (Oh you Greek poets and gods~) And in labouring space, projecting all matter. Earth was created And where there was no matter sprung sky No longer empty Hovering, brooding in desire, It was the supreme lust And it hungered for the mother And thus time emerged as the form of the universe (Oh you Greek poets and Gods~) And Time in the embrace of space And all began to take shape. (Oh you Greek poets and Gods~] Consciousness emerged in the great coupling And all existence began to take shape. Prometheus formed, fire created (Oh you Greek poets and gods~) Till human gods took him for their mark Crucified upon the mountain, Giving order to all that he creates Evolution Knowledge Rhythm Understanding Wisdom It is the love driven by the goddess that sets him in time free And time freed nurses the child, transposing the Will, Which is the epitome of all that has been created (Oh you Greek poets and God)

The Death of Poetry in Men
The ruin meter falters badly out of time The reason of its rhyme echoes harshly line by line Even the stanzas can’t stagger anymore because of age Until finally the voice of its mind gasps heavily dying upon the page Its print has faded into white haired senility And lack of meaning has driven away all sensibility And the logic of its image has flickered about And the bells of truth no longer ring out. As the eyes of men turn downward all in mourning we stand Gazing at screens of crystal tablets glittering in our hand The monuments march on in this silent procession Sounds of fragmented weeping chant the epitaph of its new obsession Of this old expression, and the moment of silence follows the public proclamation That poetry has been relegated to the fields of useless information

Song of the Gander
As I walk through the shadow of your time And leave the graces of your benevolent love behind I find myself staring at a cloudy sky And I wonder what the stars are doing out tonight And I slumber in my sleepless night And think And I dream less as time slips by And I wait for the quiet of the night To render me speechless until the morning light And I perceive inside me the dread of what is real Until you awaken and reabsorb me in the fantasies of what you feel And there I walk in the timeless sense of my own dimension Wandering out of existence, I bathe within the waters of my gloom Looking I see the darkness of my doom being reflected In the emptiness that is night, lost in a happiness Of a reality that is a function of my own perception And with a swift motion then The primeval being brought the holy Markandeya to his mouth and swallowed him So that he vanished again into the gigantic body But this time the heart of the saint was so flooded that instead of wandering further he sought rest in a holy solitary place There he remained in lonely quietude and joyfully listened to the song of the immortal gander At first, hardly audible, secret, universal, the melody of God's life breath Flowing in, flowing out, and this is the song that Markandeya heard I float and swim with slow movements on the boundless expanse of the waters And when the sun and moon have disappeared I am the gander, I am the Lord I bring forth the universe from my essence And I abide in the cycle of time that dissolves it And there he remained and slowly quietly himself began to sing, I am the Lord, I am the gander I am the soft sun glimmering over the stillness of the sea, All that I am is all that will be.

Tears in the Wind
Some people work for themselves, And some people work for others, While other people work on themselves. And it's trying to bring out in an attempt to expand It is crying in the contention between lovers and others, Something inside each one. Be happy, look within deep, And feel it in your heart, And let it rise pure, Well before even thinking starts. Yoga teaches you like my music To just go out and do it, That for every act of creation, You simply start without thinking, which by its very nature, Stops you, But it is the way of the world, And you've got to come half way. If you are choosing to live in the past, Within the boundaries of time, Not like you are being broken, But being in touch with the sublime. And there are many people in this world, Crying. They are all taking a different road. Some rise to be at the top They can just float, While some meditate To see the way life goes. They are trying to resonate with the deep within force of life And the way it grows. Tears in the wind. (Listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen, listen) Tears in the wind, Tears in the wind

I Changed My History
The essence of spirituality Involves a cultivation of new feelings. Feelings of truth that open you up In this life to new possibilities. I was an early-aged elder, Desperately hanging onto his youth, And so I turned to yoga, Where for a time I found it. Finding my yoga self, I changed my history Into something I could use In these rantings of mine, And capturing it transformed it all. Into a new form of perception. For history to be true must be captured in the moment, In each moment, in all of its authenticity With a perceiving mind that is more than you. Sitting in Padmasana, I feel my hips relax As I roll in my one direction On my boat of life And change, awakening in the spine, Building a new heat. And as the threshold gets higher, I discover in my breath the new rhythms in my life. Indian gods are really forms Emanating from your inner experience of reality. As a response to each realized moment, They awaken and rise into consciousness And while you gaze upon them Your inner eye that feeds them to you, Adds their collective dimension of being. They become the inner forms that you create. The essence of spirituality involving a cultivation of what is new about you Feelings of truth that open you up. They are the inner forms that you create In this life and they you open you up. While you gaze upon them In your mind with your inner eye.

I Met a Gypsy
I met a gypsy in Rome, At the station Who told me I would once again fall in love I laughed. Thinking of my tragedy She cautioned me to be wise She offered me my numbers But I refused to be pinned down Running out of time and leaving town I moved down to the Roman train line. I found myself later in Tuscany In a mountain village I found myself again Looking into a young woman's eyes And much to my surprise I see myself falling, falling in love, oh, I was reliving a dream That I long ago thought I had sadly put to rest. My heart emerged within a moment with her Looking deep I saw my gypsy Cautioning me to be wise. I saw myself then, And see myself now The best I met a gypsy once who told me I would fall in love. I laughed I laughed She cautioned me to be wise. She cautioned me to be wise. So long ago. So long ago. I laughed I laughed

The Gods Become Speech
Teaching us to see The images of the mythic The structural principles of consciousness The gods become speech Entering through the wind, the breath Through the sun, the sight And through the moon, that enters the heart The soul's delight And as the universe dissolves into me The tiger and the goat I see roaring loudly both within me. The fountains of love I drink in my time And am nourished by you both, Your works, your words. As god and goddess intertwined Like Brahma unfolding Vishnu Through Shiva's space And Zendio invoking the lady In your place I give to you both What you can take In love, and in yoga What we do not forsake.

If the World Wouldn’t Break in Two
If I had the chance of loving you I'd find some way of seeing you And if I thought the skies were blue I'd tell my heart that's something new And if the world wouldn't break in two I'd tell you what I'd love to do To make my dreams and yours come true I'd tell my heart that's something new. I'd tell my heart that's something new My heart has a shadow My ambition I attach myself to it And take it to be real And if the world wouldn't break in two And if the world wouldn't break in two In Greek

The Unholy Writ
I warrant you in your upcoming arrest, In the case involving you in your unrest, Implicating the thought of your beloved who has confessed, That she no longer see in me her best That hope that one day with me her dreams will be pleased; And so she petitioned me to hap'ly be released, And while bail has been set to avoid a counterfeit, She molests my soul with her unholy writ. And so I no longer me, in her duty, can bear the pain And must proscribe a sentence that makes it plain That from now on sunshine turns into rain, And I will never feel in me her smile again As long as the courts of God their offices hold I will beg for mercy on the grounds that love did unfold.

Plotinus Parashakti Paravani
One who is involved with concepts Suffers at the time of death Receding into the state prior. With the emanation of our words In the silence of our being Is the gifted first mistake, the fall, The transition between sleeping and waking. At the very emergence of consciousness Before entering the body Which is a medium of communication The root of language struggles With the intangible. Before the formation of a word, of a language Before the breath marks the emergence Of worlds and concepts that explode in the mouth of the mind in exploration Before the initial separation At the still point of consciousness, at the moment of eternal closeness to the absolute state, As Plotinus taught Before time, Before the soul is possessed by concept And thus involved in a binding love Where we lose recognition Of our own true self, We originate And so: One who is involved with concepts Suffers at the time of death Receding into the state prior.
